1. Introduction
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of ready-to-wear watches and customization services provided by UFF LOOK ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), legally registered as LLC “Uspeshnoe Budushchee” (ООО "УСПЕШНОЕ БУДУЩЕЕ"). By placing an order with us, you (“Customer”, “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
We offer:

1. Ready-to-wear watches available for direct purchase.
2. Customization services, which include modifications to watches as requested by the customer.

3. Orders and Acceptance

1. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
2. A confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order; final acceptance occurs upon shipment of goods.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

1. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
2. Payments must be made in full before order fulfillment.
3. We accept payments via PayPal and cards.
4. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

1. We deliver within the UK, EU, and CIS countries.
2. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
3. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)

1. Customers in the EU have 14 days from receipt of goods to withdraw from the purchase without reason, except for customized products.
2. If the customer has created their own custom design using our configurator, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
3. To withdraw, notify us via email and return the product in its original condition.
4. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, excluding return shipping costs.

7. Customization and Returns

1. Customized watches are non-returnable unless defective.
2. If a customization service fails to meet agreed specifications, we will attempt to rectify the issue at no additional charge.

8. Warranty and Repairs

1. Our watches come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
2. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
2. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

1. We comply with GDPR and UK data protection laws.
2. Your personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan.
2. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kazakhstan.
